We accept returns within 7 days of the date the order was delivered for store credit only.
Your online store credit must be used entirely in your (1) new order, any remaining balance is not carried over.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fee to send the order back. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
All items must be returned unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with ALL tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
To request a return:
Contact us at email@example.com with the subject “Return” or “Exchange”. Please include your order number and the reason for your return with a photo of the item. We will email you the return address if approved.
Please allow 4-10 business days after we receive your package to process your store credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved we will email you your store credit code to use on your future purchase.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Exchange”. The same rules/steps apply.
Cancellation (if applicable)
We do not accept cancellations once your order has been processed.
